The Deal or No Deal DealMania Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and Canada (except in the province of Quebec) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), immediate family members (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of such persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Call Genie Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., NBC Universal, Inc., and Endemol USA Inc. and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
